3. A printout of your trademark application (if you have any)
4. An authority letter from the brand owner is mandatory, if you’re the manufacturer only and not the owner.
5. The total cost of the materials of the equipment.
6. For the GSC and SCS products, test ports are available. You'll also have to give the test results for SCS items.
